The Grivel G1 Plus is a very light ice axe for classical alpinism that still has all the characteristics of a Grivel ice axe: hot forged, one piece head that provides maximum strength and minimal weight. Classical neutral pick with ergonomic design that remains comfortable after hours and hours of climbing. Comes with the Single Spring Leash with a Rota Karabiner to keep you and the axe secure and prevent leash tangles.
The G1 Plus is a classical ice axe with a hot-forged head, which provides solidity, balance and lightness. Its leash is adjustable and has a rubber tip. Very practical aluminum handle. The Plus version differs from the G1 thanks to the rubber grip.
